Our office building sustained significant water damage while we were closed for the weekend. We contacted 911 Restoration and they were on the scene in less than 15 minutes. Within an hour, a whole team of specialists were in the building quickly taking care of the issue. Many things impressed us about this crew but the one thing that stood out the most was their professionalism. We were able to remain open while their team completely gutted a kitchen and went about deconstructing parts of the building. They made such little noise I had no idea they had done any of that until the end of the day when I peeked in to see their progress. This crew worked steadily. There were no breaks. They didn't yell across the room at each other. They kept the space exceptionally clean and organized. They were really impressive. Jay particularly stood out as an exceptional team member. He came to the office everyday to check on the drying process. He was there on weekends and even on a holiday. Zacarias was great. Tim, Josh, Adam, and the whole crew are to be commended for an outstanding job. Their timeline of drying completion was spot on. We were kept informed everyday about the process. Enough great things cannot be said of this team.

We bought our very first home in May and were so excited and happy to finally achieve such a milestone. Our house has good bones and we had it carefully inspected to assure we made a good decision. That being said, when our dishwasher broke, flooding our entire kitchen in a matter of hours we were completely shocked and were panicking!!

911 Restoration is aptly named. They responded immediately to our distress and wasted no time tearing up our sopping wet vinyl and putting drying equipment in. They came out and did moisture readings daily to ensure that everything was drying properly. And moved the equipment around as needed.

Tim has been incredibly kind to us and respectful of our space when at our home. He communicates clearly with us each step of the way. Everyone I’ve talked to from the company have been professional and knowledgeable.

I can’t recommend 911 restoration enough, especially to first time home owners because we wouldn’t have had any idea what to do in this situation, especially after years of renting where something would break or flood, and maintenance would come in with quick “band-aid” solutions. Thank you all for the care you bring into your work, it means a lot to those you help. 🙏

They were quick to respond to my demand for a check and send someone in less than 24hrs to perform an inspection. Thimoty was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained the process clearly and completed the job efficiently. False alert! My home now feels clean and safe. I highly recommend them.

Used them to do two jobs so far. Very pleased with the results. The workers and Owner were very respectful to my family and our privacy. Also, the end result and build back was top notch. If I need more remodeling or remediation help I would use them again.
