Today, we are thrilled to introduce a bright star in our story: Olivia Haynes, the youngest daughter of Chad Haynes, owner of 911 Restoration Central and North West Arkansas has become a certified technician at the age of 12.

• WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician): This certification validates deep knowledge in water science, moisture mapping, psychrometrics (the science of drying), and the health hazards associated with water intrusion.

• ASD (Applied Structural Drying): Building on WRT, this advanced hands-on qualification covers structural drying techniques to handle water intrusion efficiently and safely protect properties against long-term moisture and mold damage.
