Take Note of These Coronavirus Tips
With the recent outbreak of Coronavirus in Central Arkansas, we’re seeing its effect on the psyche of its residents on a day-to-day basis. Fortunately, by staying informed and taking note of these established tips, you can do your part to help minimize the spread of coronavirus in Central Arkansas. The following tips are recommended by the CDC and the World Health Organization (WHO), which include but aren’t limited to:
- Wash regularly: Make sure to wash your hands on a regular basis. It’s the most important task and should be done according to the CDC recommendation of a minimum of 20 seconds at a time. We recommend adding more time if you’ve been out recently.
- Sanitizer is a valid option: When washing the hands isn’t possible, it’s time to break out the sanitizer. To ensure you’re as protected as possible be sure the sanitizer is at least 60% alcohol to help prevent coronavirus.
- Social distancing: This includes staying home as much as possible. For those times you have to go out, be sure to maintain the minimum distance of six feet from everyone else. In Central Arkansas, this is considered a must-do.
- Clean your home: It’s important to clean the home like you would your hands. Take the time to regularly sanitize and disinfect the home. For guidance, you can always consult the sanitization protocol established by the World Health Organization.
